Welcome to Gigsprints. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Gigsprints, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on, accessing, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform.
2. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of those modifications.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update your information if it changes.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using the platform, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. Posting Tasks and Completing Jobs
- For Clients: When posting a task, you must provide clear and accurate requirements. Payments for completed tasks will be processed after the client’s approval.
- For Freelancers: You agree to complete the tasks as per the client’s requirements. Once a task is completed and approved, the payment will be credited to your account.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a disagreement between clients and freelancers regarding task completion, Gigsprints reserves the right to mediate and make the final decision on the matter.
5. Payments and Fees
- Task Payments: Payments for tasks are processed through our secure payment system. Gigsprints takes a small service fee for transactions.
- Withdrawals: Freelancers can withdraw earnings after task approval, with withdrawals processed within 14 hours. 10% extra fees are charged for withdrawals.
- Currency: Payments on the platform can be made in [USD/BDT], depending on the client’s selection.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Posting inaccurate, misleading, or false information.
- Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Exploiting any vulnerabilities or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gigsprints platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Gigsprints. You may not use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gigsprints will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
10. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
